Flipkart - Package not delivered

I order this product from Flipkart during offer time. That time product was of Rs*****. After ordering they promise me to deliver this product by **th dec. After that they extended the delivery time to **th dec. Since I clearly said to them that I need product by **th dec because this amount I have to claim from my current employer since they were refunding it. Flipkart has assured me that by any means it will be delivered by **th dec. Again Flipkart customer care called me that it they can't deliver it today but it will be definitely deliver by **th dec. Now today is *st and they said that they can't deliver the product and forcing me to cancel and buy it on higher price. I had to claim this price from my employer by **st but that window is also gone due to Flipkart false promises. this way I am losing Rs***** amount. I want them to refund this whole amount Rs***** after cancellation.
