I have ordered couple of clothes from the website https://pynkvilla.com on Nov **st ****. I paid total INR ****.**/- for this order. Screenshot is attached in this complaint.
But since then, after multiple follow ups, i am unable to get any reply from their side and order status is also not getting updated on their website.
Customer care does not pick up phone from any number and their social handles (instagram, facebook) are also not responding.
I need to cancel my order PV**** and want the refund back in my account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
