Tutu Rebe filed complaint against Flipkart on Dec 7, 2021
I ordered three products: jeju island skin peeling solution, mamaearth hair serum and schwarzkopf hair mask on November ** for the *st and November ** for the last two. Prepaid. Supposed to be delivered by November **-** but no news. I called them and they made me wait till ** Nov, no news, called again, made me wait till *rd December and again till now. The worst thing is they won't even allow me to cancel as they have kept the items in a perpetual state of "out for delivery". I told them this and they said to refuse the items when it arrives my door. But since it isn't arriving I can't cancel it and they apparently can't because it IS ARRIVING. They have kept me running around in circles for so long. And customer service refused to understand my problem and even talked to me so patronizingly as if I was the one failing to understand.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
