We chose express delivery on Shiprocket and selected Dehlivery as the service provider. It was supposed to be reached by *rd November but hasn't been delivered till today (**th November). There are regular blunders going within their team. Poor communication and staff. This is being intolerable now.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
