Mehzabin Kerawala filed complaint against Shiprocket on Nov 8, 2021
Customer has yet not received the parcel in Goa. Was supposed to be delivered on *st Nov. the delivery guy was extremely rude and left in hurry. Complaint raised several times for re-attempt but it is yet not done. Customer Care promised for delivery in **hrs but yet not attempts made. Complaint via Tweeter, mails but no responses from them. Now if the customer gets angry and cancels who takes the responsibility?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
