Flipkart - Package not delivered

I ordered Realme Techlife Robotic Vaccum cleaner from Flipkart during Big Billion sale on *nd October at a discounted price of ₹*****. They shipped it on **th October and promised to deliver it on or before **th October. The package reached my city on **th October but instead of delivering it to me they kept on delaying the package with a fake update of delivery area pincode mismatch. I ordered few more items on same address during sale they delivered them as they were small items but they are getting problem in delivering this to same address and updating the tracking details with fake excuses. After getting frustrated I visited ekart delivery hub on **th of October, they said they are having heavy loads so package will get delayed, I even asked them to handover it me that time but their lazy executives said they will have to find it and they are busy. After getting annoyed I reached home hoping that my package will be delivered but on **nd October they cancelled the order. No calls, No sms & No notifications they just cancelled it after delaying the package for ** days.They just wasted my time & money and gave me frustration. Now all offers and promotion are closed and price is also increased. I ordered from Flipkart with lots of excitement but in the end I got frustration and headache from flipkart.
