I have ordered mcaffeine products worth rs ***/- and mcaffeine shipped this through Shiprocket courier agency. Shprkt never tries for delivery in my location and texted that could not be delivered. Now mcaffeine is saying i have given wrong pincode but the pincode I have given is right. In this way they are harassing me with false excuses.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
