I have ordered two products from the app on *st October **** and the Order ID was ******* **************. They gave me a delivery date for *th October ****, but they didn't deliver on that day. Rather they updated me that i'll have my product delivered by **th October ****. But on **th October **** i got a message that my order is cancelled due to some reasons. I contacted them on the customer support service and they told me that the products are lost. And now they are telling me that i should make a fresh order.
My only request is that i want same products delivered to me at the same price at which i have ordered them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
