I have ordered a cake worth ****/- including delivery charge on September *rd for next day delivery (sep *th). I got a confirmation after payment was done but surprisingly the order status haven't changed from processing till now and the intresting fact is that this website doesn't have a customer care number to call them and complaint an issue. Website is just fraud. I choose a time slot *-* for the cake to be delivered so i have invited my birthday boy to home at ** AM and to our disappointment cake never turned up. Order id is ***** portal name is "cakes portal". Please help with this. They are not even replying to my mails even after many mails. Your help is much appreciated
