Firstcry - Package not Delivered

I ordered a Jungle Gym of my Niece from Firstcry and initially the delivery date was on **th August after which it got changed to **th August as due to some transit related issues, now it has reached the DC next to my home, yet I am not getting it, I have no idea what these guys are doing, why am I paying the delivery shipping chargers if the Courier can do whatever they like to do
Also the last time experience I was asked by the Courier boy that he cannot deliver it to my Home and I need to collect it from the DC office, Pathetic totally Pathetic Service ECom Express
