Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Package not delivered
The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered a phone "OPPO Reno* Pro *G (Aurora, *** GB) (** GB RAM)" on Flipkart on **th August **** and it supposed to be delivered on **th August **** but on **th Aug the delivery date was extended to **th Aug. I call customer care many times but they are giving assurance that it will be delivered but Order was not delivered on **th Aug as well.
I am feeling very bad and helpless.
At least they can deliver my order ASAP. I am still waiting for it.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
