Skyking.co - Package Not delivered

It's been one month but still I did not get my parcel.
When I called the branch from my father sent the courier,
They told we were looking into this but still no action.
When I called the local branch where I supposed to get the courier( badlega road ) they told us that courier are with us but we would not deliver to you.
You have to come to the office to collect it. They don't even called me about the arrival or delay of the courier. Please have a look .
