booked a courier that contained rakhi having docket no. ********* on **.**.**** to delhi. while tracking it reflected out for delivery on **th august. when on the day of rakhi got to know that it hasnt reached then i tried contacting the agency through mail and calls. they just asked to wait and wait , after so many followups on **-**-**** they called and told that the parcel has been missed out.so asked me to visit the booking office and claim the booking amount of the courier as well as valuation of item if mentioned at the time of booking. no such value of item was asked at the time of booking.this is how they deal with grievance of customers.what about the emotions it carried?what about the harassment we faced? what about the time we spent since last ** days to track the product? who is going to compensate that?
request you to take strict actions and get me my justified compensation.
