Hi, I have ordered the OnePlus watch cobalt edition and it still says 'shipment processing' and no dates have been shown. I have complained to the WhatsApp number * times now and am currently in queue for the ninth time with no response. I am being told repeatedly to have patience and that there's an issue from the logistics end and the product will get shipped within **, ** and now ** hours but there's still no sign of it. I was told via email that there's an issue due to the pandemic and it will be delayed BY DAYS NOW, and they could not justify others getting the same product with the same specifications living right next to me with the same address. My order number is M****************** and the escalation id is ******-******.
