Mi Tv - Package not delivered

i have ordered mi tv from mi store on **-oct-****. but till now i didn't received my product. no tracking available. i have raised a complaint to customer care many times, no proper response from them. every time when i call to customer care they say your product will be delivered with in ** - ** hours. i have ordered from credit card and my bill has been generated but not yet received my product untill today(**-nov-****).
Please find the attached invoice and take appropriate action against MI.
