I haven't received my earphone from Boult Audio that is shipped through shiprocket. The Boult people took about * months to finally dispatch the product and now I currently am out of station. I gave them alternate address as well as phone number and now they are saying they send back the product.i don't understand what's the issue with them. I am really frustrated. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thanks.
