Expressbess courier based in Gangtok, ****** keeps accepting all parcels for delivery but never contacts the recipients about the arrival of their packages or delivered them. Clients/Receivers have to go themselves to their office to collect packages or their parcels and orders are all sent back and marked either recent not available or that they asked for later delivery
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
