Kwabey - Package not delivered

I order a set of * Tshirts on **June**** and paid INR *** through UPI for the same. Next day I got the notification that the package is shipped however after that there hasn't been any communication. The tracking number which was provided says that the shipment was cancelled. I tried making contact with kwabey through every mean possible but they just dont revert back. I'm really disappointed with such behaviour even if there is some issue with the shipment they should have some dignity to atleast revert back with some response for further reference I am mentioning the order number (******) and tracking ************* . Please help me get a resolution for this ASAP.
