Nazia Begum filed complaint against meesho on Jun 13, 2021
Ordered on **th april and Product is marked delivered on *nd May but I didnt received the product, I have raised complaint many times by calling customer care but they say this will resolve in *days. Its been * months and now they say I have to make complaint with in **hours which I did and they marked as solved. I have made online payment instead of making cash on delivery, now i regret that decision.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
