I have placed a couple of gift items under one order id on **th May **** which has to be delivered by *st Jun **** at the same address.
On *st Jun ****, one of the packet has been delivered on time but another gift item was not delivered. Team is so irresponsible that they have not even informed me anything about the delay in delivery. I waited till *rd of June and then followed up with customer care but they were not so responsive. Then I got to know that product is out of stock and they want me to select any other product of the same range and let them know. I have already communicated the same to the team and raised an issue but a day after that I have received same mail again that the product is out of stock and I need to select something else. But this is frustrating, I can't follow up with them over and again. I replied the same to them. But I haven't received any response from their side on that mail.
It seems a fraud to me. I have already paid the entire amount but they are not serious towards their clients. Worst service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
