SAI TEJA BURADA filed complaint against Indian Postal Service on Nov 13, 2018
It has been more than a month since my degree certificates have been dispatched by my college by speed post and it is yet to be delivered. I have contacted the post office where it last reached. They shared the phone number of the postman who was responsible for delivering it. He either doesn't answer the call or says he shall be coming to the house to deliver it, but never turns up. These are my degree certificates and very important.
