i had purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart against exchange .the delivery boy visits at doorstep checks the mobile and gives his assessment of the exchanged mobile it can not be accepted at pre-agreed exchange price and that i have to refund some amount as per their terms & conditions. To which i agreed but now this guy asked for cash payment to him and he was not ready to give any acknowledgement. When i insisted that i want a receipt for cash since i am not comfortable paying cash without receipt he left the place dictating that he will return the product. How does Flipkart authorise delivery partner to collect cash without receipt.
as usual * customer support guys wanted good feedback with any resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
