Food panda - Package not delivered

I have ordered reshmi kabab wrap from fasos through foodpanda app ( order code : z*sz-lve*, OTP : **** ) on **th october **** . Many times I had faced issue with the app while taking the saved address as delivery address and the same happened today as well and it took some other old saved address instead of the one what I had selected while at the payment time. After I realised the mistake happened I tried to cancel the order and I called delivery executive (***********)to cancel it from his end if possible by explaining the issue but executive had requested me not to cancel the order because he ll loose the money and he requested me to send me exact address and he will deliver it and I did the same but that executive did so much drama and after that he finally concluded he was unable to reach to my location even though I had directed him very clear and easy way to reach the location. He made me mentally so frustrated with his behaviour and finally he asked my pin and concluded he can't deliver the order and he can't pay me back all the money because he will get only **/- per order as payment. Neither he delivered my food nor complete money, finally I has ended without getting food and loosing money. I haven't seen this much worst app ever with this kind of delivery executives and no proper support to cancel our order or to talk with customer support.
