Ordered some flowers from winni celebrate relations Android app on ** th feb **** @**:** am. My dedicated time slot for delivery is same day *:** am to **:** pm. But they didn't delievered my order as well as they didn't mentioned their "no refund if order not delievered" policy anywhere during ordering. Although their customer care numbers are not working.
