Airtel paymant bank - Package not delivered

Dear sir/madam i orederd a fastag card on **/jan/**** through Airtel payment bank & i filled all the details & payment successfully.
After a few days i contact to airtel payment bank through calling ***.
Then they said sir your fastag will be delivered in ** working days.
I think my issue will resolved soon but it would not be happened.
Then i again call to Airtel payment bank & registered a complaint after completing ** working days.
They said your fastag will be delivered in * days or your payment will be created in your account. After listening their reply i was setisfied. But still after * days neither my card delivered to me nor my payment revert.
So today i call him again then they said sir your issue will be resolved after ** working day that i have already gave them.
But they said we need ** days more.
I can take my Fastag card from anywhere in * min but Airtel payment bank already taken ** working day ms & still nothing happens. They takes too much time for their services.
There services are too poor so i made a biggest mistake by trusting Airtel payment bank.
Now tell me what should i do?
