Hi ,
Recently my wallet account was made dormant since airtel payment team wanted to change my wallet to saving account. Since I am not comfortable with opening a saving account with airtel payment bank. I had requested for account closure via mail since they do not have proper call centre. Despite mailing them for past * weeks has yielded with zero progress but multple case ID was made for namesake.
