Beautify yourself - Package not delivered

I had ordered two tops from Beautify yourself on January *th ****.
While one of the two tops was delivered on ** January ****, the other one was not.
But the package they delivered mentions names of both the items.
I received message stating that my order has been marked 'delivered' , when clearly it has not been completely delivered ( i.e, one of the two items remains to be delivered).
I have tried reaching the store through phone calls, messages, emails , Instagram account and what not.
They do not respond to customer queries at all.
Considering the number of people following their page on Instagram, I didn't think that it was a fraudulent store.
I regret this incident and hope in the future that people will be more vigilant before purchasing anything online.
