I had placed order for Usha sewing machine on ** oct and I was supposed to get the delivery by ** Oct....I got an update it would be delivered on ** oct ,but it didn't receive any update but in the eve I got a message that it could not be delivered when I connected to the executive from dhelivery he mentioned he had some personal issues...from then on I dint receive any update....I then to flip kart executive and everytime I was assured and given a time line. But on ** oct I received a call that the product cannot be delivered and to cancel it. Iam list satisfied not looking forward to shop anymore from flipkart. Very disappointed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
