Mi Tv - Package not delivered

Placed and paid for order on *th Oct through flash sale. It was mentioned at the time of ordering that the product will be delivered on **th October. Now it is **th Oct morning, but the product is not delivered yet. Reached customer care multiple times and always getting frustrating responses only. Mi acts like they are not responsible. There is no escalation matrix also from their website. I think they know about their performance on customer satisfaction. Such a bad and worst experience, still waiting for the product. Their responses are like product not available in nearby warehouse,dispatched late from warehouse,delay from shipping company etc.,

Already lodged a complaint with mi, still no resolution.
