Paytm Mall - Package Not Delivered

I ordered a laptop charger on Dec **th (Order No. *********** Dated ** December ****). The scheduled shipping date was Dec **th and Delivery was due by Dec **th ****. It has been ** days since then but the item is not shipped yet. I have called the PayTM Mall customer care many times to get pre recorded messages - the call center is not attended. I wrote my complaint and requested to cancel the order on their **x* support via app many times but no response, looks like that is also not attended. I can not cancel the order myself as the App is not allowing to do so. I need to bring this to the attention of the appropriate authority at PayTM or elsewhere so the issue is resolved and I receive the refund. I can not wait for the shipment indefinitely.
