I ordered OnePlus *T back skin from https://www.capesindia.com/ in mid November and it was scheduled to be delivered on **-**-**** by https://www.delhivery.com/ . On delivery day, the delivery guy called and asked me what's inside my shipment and i refused to provide details of my package. To this the guy said he wont deliver my package and marked as 'Delivered' for shipment status. I raised this complain to DELHIVERY on same day (**-**-****). They asked me to wait for * days and they will arrange for POD (Proof of delivery). From that day they asked for more * days for almost every next * days. Now its **-**-**** (* month from date of raising issue), but they are still asking for next * days. My parcel seems to be lost but they are making excuses. This "DELHIVERY" seems to be fraud. This is frustrating and harassing. Please help me.
