I had placed an order on **th October on AJIO app worth Rs. ****. The shipment claims to have been delivered in person to me at Gurgaon while I was in Pune on **th November ****. The delivery address is of my parents house in Gurgaon. I was travelling their so needed winters clothes hence pre ordered through AJIO. No one from my family had collected the order on my behalf on the **th of November ****.
While AJIO claims they have resolved the issue and that their logistics partner DELHIVERY confirms delivery as successful. However, on reaching to delhivery I found out that the signature have been forged by the delivery guy when they shared a proof of delivery. Inspite of that, neither AJIO nor DELHIVERY is doing anything in this matter and sending me standard emails. All I want is my shipment which both the AJIo and Delhivery have failed to facilitate. So now through Voxya I want the refund of the same amount in my AJIO wallet so I can go ahead and re order the shipment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
