Flipkart - Package not delivered

This complaint is regarding pathetic behavior of Flipkart. On **th of Nov ****, I ordered a mobile with No Cost EMI option worth Rs *****. The order was dispatched and was in smooth transition till **th of Nov **** when it left Patna. From Patna to the final destination, it is just ** km away but the package is not delivered till today. Each and every time I am calling Flipkart, they are asking for * days of time. I waited till now but again they are asking for * more days to wait. It is really frustrating and I am harassed mentally by these looters. Also, since it was a no cost EMI option through which I bought the mobile, so they deducted the interest charges from the final bill. I want compensation for this behavior and my entire money along with the interest charges.
