I have orderd boat Bluetooth ear phones last year **-**-**** and I got issue with item in early March and I have lodged complaint and they replaced item so till then it's fine and real problem started now. So due to covid I returned to my home town and you don't believe from month of March to till date I was mailing them periodically and calling them to change my delivery address till now there is not even an a single update and I really got irriated with their service finally decided to complain here.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
