Boat rockers 255 - Boat didn t gave my product back which i have sent for servicing and replacement

I bought a boat rockers *** (active black) from amazon but few month the one side not working, so i had Registered a complain on boat website. After that they took my product for servicing and replacement and provided ticket no. to track it but after few day ticket no(POID: **********-*******)(AWD No: **************). Complaint was filed and product submitted on **.**.**** but still now i didn't receive my product or any update.
