I ordered one JBL flip * speaker from awstro on on **/*/****. I paid via netbanking (instamojo payment id: MOJO****Y**N********). My order id with awstro is DOJVBTTMP. The company has informed me that my parcel was shipped on **/*/**** but till date I have neither received the same nor got any tracking number.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
