I had booked JBL Headphones on **-**-**** and paid Rs. *** online . Even received Payment accepted mail from Awstro . But later on when I did not received the package even after given time , I tried to contact them , but fails . Till date neither they had reverted nor item has been received by me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
