I ordered * items( order no- *******) from Sanfe at prepaid basis on **th May **** , waited for *-* days. Later I logged in to track my order from Sanfe website. Then I realised after paying my order, tracking ID hasn't yet generated or not initiated for me. I started mailing them on *st June ****. They only responded as it was auto generated. Followed up but still there response was not satisfactory. Now they are not responding to my mails, social media, and neither my calls. It's been ** days since my order has not received nor dispatched.
