Hi,
I have ordered a bag in zouk on *th october **** which os not delivered to me yet, i have escalated this issue many times.. Every day the deliver has been rescheduled and the item is not got delivered... If this is noy deliver on tomorrow i am going to complaint to ombudsman pertaining to kochin area kerala... Your service is really disgusting..of u cant deliver the item pls cancel and provide the money back, i am mentioning my order details below.
