Hi,
I have sent few documents to Poland from Bangalore through professional courier. The receiver confirmed that they did not receive the package. When enquired about the same the professional courier people replied over mail with the proof of delivery. The proof of delivery shows two different tracking numbers with two different package delivered addresses. I tried to reach them over call from many days and no one either responds to call or responds to mail. Could you please kindly help in solving this issue.
