ST Courier - Package not delivered to the address

I send my soundbar via st courier on ** sep but now oct * still my parcel did not deliver to the address now i call the st courier and ask they say we dont provide deliver ur pincode address and u collect them visit the branch . But before courier they cant say this . My reason to send this courier my soundbar warranty finish on oct * but there careless ness i lost my product warranty and loss is mine so i called ask them they say this we cant deliver .if they dont deliver thus on time I need my product value amount and compensation of my frustration .
