I had booked an article on **th Oct which was to be delivered to Thane Mumbai. The consignment no is Z********. Today is **th Nov and the article is still untraceable. I have been given to understand that the complete package is missing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
