The Professional Couriers - Package not delivered taking very long

The package consisted of a sample, which was supposed to be submitted to a company, because the tender closing date was very near we chose their airway service in which they promised to deliver that within * days. But it’s been * days and we haven’t received the parcel still and still they are telling it’s on the way and isn’t coming by flight, because of this delay we are not able to submit the sample on time which is going to cause us mostly losing about **lakhs in revenue, moreover when o contacted the company the lady was very rude when i said her what the company promised and said me to go to the person who said time they will deliver in two days
