DTDC HYDERABAD - Package not delivered returned to origin

Firstly the courier guy did not contact me while the package was out for delivery and went to old address while I had already updated new address but he returned stating that receiver is not available. Hence I updated the new address and contact number again. But the package was returned to origin while I checked the status.
