DTDC HYDERABAD - Package not delivered but in the DTDC website it shows delivered

My Doctor from Kolkata sent me the medicine through DTDC courier. The shipment reached Hyderabad location but it is not delivered to me. But the DTDC website shows it is delivered. I connected with DTDC customer service and they said they will resolve the issue within ** hours however, it is now * days that i raised a concern but no one is responsible solve the issue. Every time i call they they are saying will address your issue but not use.
