Despite multiple assurances and follow-ups, the delivery of my recent order from Puma has been delayed by * days, causing inconvenience and disruption to my plans. Additionally, the return pickup for an item that didn't meet my expectations has also been delayed, further adding to the frustration[*********].
The product was delayed delivery for an week, finally I landed to the Blue Dart Hub for collecting my order (wasted half day for this). Currently facing the issue with return request. No proper update from the team after multiple follow-ups and requests.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
