Flipkart - Package not delivered paymet deduct

Very bad service..i ordered gym accessories on ** septemeber and they given be delievery date as ** october and today is **th october still did not get my order.when i call customer care they told order will deliever on ** oct. Today ** Oct still did not get my order . When call customer care they told order will deliever ** oct. i paid the money in advance and the customer care was so rude that they said they will not cancel my order.after long debate he said call disconnected .they dont keep their promises. I will never recommend this app.They are not able to solve the problems.They are just fake.
