Myntra - Package not delivered on time

Item was to be delivered from Mumbai to Pune.
Even after repeatedly requesting to deliver product before **am on Monday **th July, **** they didn't deliver it on time. My uncle have a flight today for Italy from Mumbai in evening and was taking the items I ordered as a gift to my friend in Italy and the Myntra delivery service just ruined it. To deliver the items from Mumbai to Pune which is just * hrs journey delivery service took * days and still couldn't deliver it on time. When I tracked the delivery of products I saw it has already reached a delivery service nearby me on Sunday late afternoon. I again called Myntra customer care to deliver the product before ** am on Monday for which they said don't worry sir it will be delivered before ** am. I waited till **:** as I didn't see message of Product out for delivery I again called Myntra customer care I requested them if they can't deliver it give me the address of delivery centre and my uncle himself will go and collect it for which they denied and didn't provide the address. They gave me mobile number of a person at delivery centre. I must have called this person ** times but he didn't answer. After trying more he finally picked up and said he hasn't received the parcel as it is raining. If he didn't even receive it how it was showing it has reached delivery centre nearby me and product is out for delivery. Is Myntra making a fool of customers? I cannot let them go so easily I should be compensated for this.
