Ram filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 8, 2019
I had place an order in Myntra for Red Tape shoe on **st June ****, i was told that the shoe will be delivered maximum by **th June ****, but i haven't received till date. i have made multiple calls to the Myntra customer care and every time they reply stating that the product will be delivered in ** hours. i have attached the consignment tracking time and as on today it still shows "Received by Seller" status. Please do the needful at the earliest.
