The order was placed on **th April as it had to be presented as a gift by **rd April to my grandparents. However, in spite of calling them multiple times the order was kept on delaying and today they mentioned that further updates will be provided on **th April. The website is not updated and there are no updates on where my product is. Please take the necessary action as they cannot fulfil any commitments and fail to keep the consumer updated as well. I have placed a cancellation for the order. I know there are others like me whose time gets wasted in these things.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
